For example, I couldn't find my favourite manga, Gintama, but they do offer a booking service. This means that even if they don't have it, they could bring it for you. It's a nice alternative to my standard way of getting manga: internet.
They also offer a big variety of merchandising, mostly for Japan Lovers. A must for any manga/anime fun.
