I know when I go in here, it's like an escape from the harsh realities of the outside world. Here I feel safe to be in contemplative thought and with a relatively quiet environment, it feels nice to not have to force conservation. To cheer myself up, I treat myself to a crystal every once in a while. I carefully read the labels that they have in their selection, and pick crystals based on what I resonate with most. The look is also really important to me as it is symbolic, I am a fan of quirky shaped crystals.

Each session offers a beautiful opportunity to slow down, relax, and reconnect with myself. The sound baths, including the paired singing bowls and gong sessions, are deeply relaxing and create such a peaceful atmosphere. I've also really enjoyed the thoughtful themes, including the 7-week Chakra Healing series, The Four Agreements, Alchemizing Anger, etc. Each theme brings something meaningful to reflect on and carry into everyday life. What makes this community especially special is the genuine support and sense of connection. Everyone is welcoming, encouraging, and kind, and it feels like a safe space to simply be yourself. After six months, I can honestly say that these sound baths have been a wonderful part of my self-care and personal growth. I'm grateful for the community, the support, and the beautiful space that has been created. Thank you Brenda!

They sell crystals, bracelets, and some smoke cleansing items. I did manage to buy good quality bracelets, and some crystals in the store. I went for a sound bath and aura reading. The sound bath takes place in a separate wood floored room. I brought a yoga mat and laying on the floor really hurt my back (I have back issues already) so perhaps next time I will bring something more comfortable. I felt relaxed after the sound bath though. The aura reading was odd to me because a computer program reads the aura for you and the shop owner expands on that. Other aura readings have been much different where they take a pic and all the reading is done by a person without the assistance of a computer program. I did like that i got a copy of the reading via email after. That was nice and I hadn't had that before.

I've bounced in and out of therapy due to family issues, relationship problems, low self -esteem, etc. I was starting to slip into another depression & then God brought Bruce and Tracy into my life! They have been nothing short of an absolute blessing! I have been doing hypnosis & emotion code work with them for the past two months. Because of them I have learned that I'm not weird or abnormal I'm just an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person who processes life a little bit differently) & that's ok! Thru hypnosis I've lost weight & I've reconnected with my purpose in life. With our past life regression work I've been able to understand what the meaning of my life is. And with emotion code I've released the built up emotions that have kept me from being happy for so many years. I no longer feel like I'm "stuck in a rut" & I feel emotionally and spiritually free in a way that I never have! My friends who I've known for years have been telling me lately that I seem so happy, so carefree. And they're right, I truly am! And I owe that all to Bruce and Tracy! They are such great people & friends. They want to help others and that is so evident every time I step into their office. I highly recommend them!

I've been to many Hydro Colon therapist and Terry, by far is the best. I used to live in San Diego…read moreand went to a Hydro Colon Therapist in Pacific Beach annually starting starting as far back as 2003. I then moved to Riverside and my San Diego HC therapist felt bad about my long drives, but its not easy finding someone you have a connection with, especially when this type of session is very intimate any you need to feel completely comfortable with the other person giving the treatment. I tried my best looking for a local place closer to Riverside. I tried multiple Hydro Colon Therapist and was about to give up and continue driving to San Diego. Then one day I saw a Groupon for "Healing Ways Spa," I called the number and had a very knowledgeable conversation with Terry, the therapist. When I met Terry she was very welcoming and by far I've had my best Hydro Colon Therapy sessions with Terry and I've been getting these treatments for almost 20 years now. Just know, no matter how amazing the HC therapist is, you may not always release on your first session. Hence why I NEVER "JUST DO ONE." I always do a series of 3 as back to back as possible and I've had my best sessions when I've been juicing for at least 3 days prior to my session and continue to juice while I'm going through my series. Terry can explain this in-depth. Most of all, relax, release, and rejoice that you are now fully loving your body from the inside out . Your body will thank you and feel amazing after your series treatment.
