Here I feel safe to be in contemplative thought and with a relatively quiet environment, it feels nice to not have to force conservation. To cheer myself up, I treat myself to a crystal every once in a while. I carefully read the labels that they have in their selection, and pick crystals based on what I resonate with most. The look is also really important to me as it is symbolic, I am a fan of quirky shaped crystals.

The sound bath takes place in a separate wood floored room. I brought a yoga mat and laying on the floor really hurt my back (I have back issues already) so perhaps next time I will bring something more comfortable. I felt relaxed after the sound bath though. The aura reading was odd to me because a computer program reads the aura for you and the shop owner expands on that. Other aura readings have been much different where they take a pic and all the reading is done by a person without the assistance of a computer program. I did like that i got a copy of the reading via email after. That was nice and I hadn't had that before.

I tried my best looking for a local place closer to Riverside. I tried multiple Hydro Colon Therapist and was about to give up and continue driving to San Diego. Then one day I saw a Groupon for "Healing Ways Spa," I called the number and had a very knowledgeable conversation with Terry, the therapist. When I met Terry she was very welcoming and by far I've had my best Hydro Colon Therapy sessions with Terry and I've been getting these treatments for almost 20 years now. Just know, no matter how amazing the HC therapist is, you may not always release on your first session. Hence why I NEVER "JUST DO ONE."
