During my last visit I needed a new screen for my HP laptop or so I thought, the screen was flickering and I presumed it needed replacing but they told me it was a connecting wire from the screen to the motherboard. They manged to get a new cable the next day and I had it back good as new the following night.

Roy provided great communications from the start and got straight to work repairing many cat scratches on the stairs. I was also delighted with an invisible patch repair that he had done in the doorway where my cat shredded the carpet with his claws. He also gave me some great advice on how to remove a coffee stain that I spilled in my lounge carpet. Will definitely use again.
