The countertops are disgusting and people are not real nice and warming. I love Kwik Trip and the only reason I have stopped here is because I have to drop my kids off in Falls. The condiments are usually out and I have to ask for something. Also, whenever another Kwik Trip runs out of something and I let them know they are so appreciative and offer a free fresh blend. Never once has this Kwik Trip offered anything.

Managers that demean you in front of customers lack leadership ability. Those managers are cancerous and shouldn't be managers at all. Each cooler door has a purple backlight, a very bright light that blinds. The store looks like a disco. Very bad management.
