What I really like is the drink machine they have. It's one of those digital machines that you tape the screen and can mix pretty much whatever concoction you like. I generally get Coke Zero with cherry! Yum! I get way too excited about this! The Bellstore is nice and spaciously laid out! Everything is clean and new. (There's also a Dairy Queen to the left of the store in the same building) You can get a drink card and and they'll stamp it for you. You get a free one one. I'm a fan, I'll be back!

My mother had just picked up her car the day before (she had her breaks replaced). We stopped at Dickerhoof's and they fit us in right then and there. There was a swing set for the kids and everyone was incredibly friendly. When we headed back on the highway, the car drove beautifully and sounded great. I will make the hour drive to come back in the future! Thank you guys!

Extremely Rude! The…read morelady that I have dealt with in the past was always very nice. I called the day of an appointment (that was made six days in advance) and she was out running errands. The guy who answered was very rude and would not stop talking through me. When I asked him to stop talking and let me finish, he got all whiny and told me to stop yelling, yet I never raised my voice. After he finally shut up and let me talk I asked him, for a third time, to have the regular lady call me. I later explained to her that I was treated very rudely and I would take my business elsewhere. Treating a loyal customer so rudely was totally uncalled for. They will not be getting any more of my business.

Super smooth transaction. First time at Valvoline. Would go again…read more On a short vacation in mid-Ohio when realized oil needed changed in the car. Went to Valvoline for a quick service before heading home. Attendant was extremely polite and efficient. Told me what they were doing each step of the process. Didn't try to upsell items but did ask about when wipers, filters, etc had been changed. Since all fairly new, did not try to sell replacement which was nice. Oil change was quick. Get to stay in car through the process which was nice. Only ding was the price. Could see the price listed for full synthetic. Had a $15 off coupon. They added a $10 oil filter charge so the price was essentially the same with or without the coupon. It was about $25 higher in total than my usual place.

Bc of a number of available gas pumps and that the bathroom wasn't disgusting, otherwise I'd do a 2 for no soap, but it really is fine and there aren't a ton of options...
