I had a horrible experience with BP store #7759095 on 3/24/21. I went into the store for coffee while prior filling up the gas tank. As I walked out from grabbing coffee I hear a huge splashing sound to realize that the fuel pump # 5 was overflowing with gas pouring everywhere. I went back in to let the owner know that there is gas everywhere and that it kept filling; charging me an over amount of 60 dollars. The female owner was very rude and said it was a my fault that I left the pump unoccupied. Hence prior to letting the owner know the clerk on site was made aware and stated that the pumps always sticking and this happened before. After the owner appeared to try to hide and clean up the mess with kitty liter, I requested a refund. She denied me and I stated I need your corporate office number. She refused to give me any information. At this time I then stated I will call the police and fire department to help me resolve this issue and make a record of it. She stated go ahead you will be charged for the call. After I started to dial she called in a hurry. She called the police and said I was an upset man in her gas station that spilled gas everywhere. I stated why are you setting this type of scenario and tone for the police officer. I asked her to put the phone on speaker and she would not do it. I am a biracial male and these are not the times to set the tone that there is an angry minority man in a place of business to the police. Is this what BP represent in their stations and no one to follow up to make right? The police came and the fire department. No one talked with me. I then begin to research the corporate offices. I did not leave until they took my compliant which the complaint # is 1-10050370460. I have not heard from BP corporate to resolve this issue as a follow up as of 4/12/21. I am a very disappointed customer and asking for BP corporate to make this right by the customer.

Over the last week they have raised all of their prices by 25% and showing that local traffic is definitely unwelcome. It is easy enough to stop in Portage (a few miles south on I-39), or Westfield (a few miles north on I-39) for friendlier service and more (not to mention less expensive) options. If you are traveling east to west, you will undoubtedly find better options to the west in Oxford and to the East in Montello. Of course, people who just need to stop along the highway will still get scammed by this place.

The produce they have might be limited but it's always top-notch! Liquor aisle is very good as are the baked goods they carry. It all started when the three year old child of my friends asked me about the "Chuck Store" Moi: "What is a 'Truck Store'?" Kid: "CHUCK, it is the bestest store ever in the whole world with candy!" Moi: "Do they have a toothbrush? He forgot to pack a toothbrush..." Kid: "Duh. They have EVERYTHING, and candy too." Indeed. Naturally, I had to see this marvel. And the kid tells no lies- this is part gas station, part old-timey general store, part hardware store, gardening center, liquor store, candy emporium and drugstore- that is a whole lotta hats, but the lady working the counter was clearly a pro able to direct me to candy and toothbrushes with ease. For the kid, a combo of monster truck toy car and lolly pop that took two days of effort to eat ($1.29, pictured with all it's awesome glory). That car is miraculously still intact. Have you played with a three year old? I'm surprised I am intact, kid is relentless and makes my hyperactive energy look tame. Awesome. For me to keep up, a Starbucks double shot chugged at light-speed and the priceless shot of Lady Monkeybutt- which I cannot believe is a real product and had me laughing hysterically as much as the three year old. Maybe more. I didn't know places like this existed anymore, but am glad they do.
