I called them up Friday afternoon and asked if I should get a wheel alignment so they could see if there is anything in there. They said just come in and we will have a look and go from there. I went in on Saturday morning, they took it out the back, jacked it up for a look, and did a wheel balance (I think) to check that everything was okay. Luckily found nothing wrong, finished within half and hour.. AND did not charge me a thing. I was happy to pay for that 1/2 hour but no. I am beyond happy with their treatment and service and will be going there from now on for all my car needs.
