The girl rang them up and as I took out my card, said "cash only on purchases under $10". Owning a business, I sort of understand this but in this day amd age, never ran into this before. I told her I could use it as a debit, "no, cash only." I si.y walked away. One of the people I was with, standing behind me to purchase a t-shirt walked and put it back. I understand this does not seem big, even factoring in my less than $200 service I had called about, but we all left. There could have been better ways to handle it, not to mention mer hants are not allowed to set limits on debit cards. This was not about the fee, more the rude way it was dealt with. We have been there a couple times in our travels. We'll save time now not going off route to stop by.
