Pump area was tidy with no litter as was the rest of the parking lot. I was greeted with a "Welcome to Love's!" as walked in. At 6pm, the convenience store was completely stocked with all the snacks and drinks you can expect. Coffee section was also ready with creamers and sweeteners. I had already stopped a at two previous gas stations, both had paid air, which is fine but at both locations the payment system was broken and there was apparently nothing anyone could do about it. It def is sort of around nothing and it's a bit run down. I have to say as a woman traveling alone, I was on high alert walking in. But They guys could not have been nicer, faster or more courteous & professional. They jumped right on it and refused to let me pay a cent. I was there for all of 3 min and my tire was sorted and I was on my way feeling silly for having my guard up. Highly recommend and please tell them thanks again for me.

Was told this was a corporate policy. Called corporate and it is not. I wouldn't have to take my vehicles to a car wash if they were clean. I purchase a membership for 2 of my vehicles hoping this would change. Called corporate again and was told they would contact me within 10 days. It's now been a month. Called corporate again and still no contact. The machine does a good job. They just need to get the whole vehicle clean by the personnel working. Don't call corporate unless you have plenty of time and don't mind horrible customer service.
