She immediately got an attitude and started yelling "it's a medical facility, we can't do care like that!", after that I headed to the lobby to process my refund. Just wondering if they throw a fit when 6 weekers come in too. The experience was totally appalling. Even though front desk was very nice, I'm feeling blessed the clinical team showed the true selves before we got in a provider-patient relationship.
