I called and they sent their repairman out and removed the defective part and said it would take about two weeks to get a new part. Now almost a year later it still has never been repaired. I have called and went by the store several times and there is never anyone who knows what is being done . They take my name and number and say they will call me but no one ever calls me back. Now they are blocking my e mails that i sent them asking why they will not call me. I have to assume they are ignoring me and they do not intend on repairing my reclianing loveseat.
