When I contacted mattress firm it was explained to measure the mattress to see how much different the mattress was to their standard. I did that. Called back and was told the information to them and nothing was ever done about this issue.Was told that the mattress wasn't the standard they went by . I paid a good amount of money for the mattress , $700.00 or so for each one that was originally $1400.00 each .The price was great , but after spending the money it wasn't worth the buy due to how the mattresses hurt after sleeping on them nightly .
