Sadly, your response is a deflection with no accountability. Still no customer service. The Ink was already in place at the time of my redo and NOT replaced for me - however, if it was replaced at the time of my initial concern it would not have been declined. Additionally, if you would have taken the time to inquire as to how they originally arrived at their destination you would have known. . Mask or not, the words spoken were as if you were speaking to a child - your body language and the way my hands were handled and the time of printing were all abrupt. As for not recharging me -WHY would you?! Did you offer any compensation? My time, extended delay, gas, postage, or guarantee of services? Fingerprint cards done here - I mentioned they were super light and felt they wouldn't be accepted, but he replied "I've been doing this for quite a while" Low and behold my fingerprints got declined! Had to make another trip! No apology, he was abrupt when we redoing my fingerprints and seemed quite annoyed. Now my process is delayed! I'll pay postage again, wait for delivery and then wait for approval. Definitely would NOT recommend this place...ZERO customer service. read more

Hidden little gem in Woodland Hills located on Ventura Boulevard. I was unable to receive packages that were delivered to my home. Rather than UPS making a second attempt to deliver my packages they left them with this establishment for me to pick up within 7 days with photo id / verification of mailing address. I will admit at first I was disappointed not knowing who was now in possession of my property and their hours of operation were not fitting my current schedule. Well let me tell you I was sure lucky that my packages were taken to this establishment to be held onto until I picked them up. I called to see what arrangements could be made due to the timing conflicts and Richard was more than happy to stay after with his wife whom also works with him in order for me to collect my packages. Bravo and job well done! I would definitely recommend having packages delivered to this establishment if you are not home to collect them, since they will be secure and safe. You sure don't want to come home to find out someone has stolen anything that was delivered and left at your door. read more

I went in for my live scan prints today and what a wonderful experience. The gentleman who took care of me was extremely nice and he had all the information I needed to complete the prints with ease. I was a walk in and it did not take but maybe 5-10 minutes. He was great and even offered me free tape for my huge file envelope to mail. (If you've ever been anywhere in L.A. nothing is free) I purchased a roll anyhow just because 1) I needed it and 2) he was so kind. I called the business to ask if they do ink and roll fingerprinting. When I asked the price, the guy laughed haughtily and said "it depends what it's for." When he told me the prices, I told him the employer said it would cost between this amount and that amount. This guy said "No, it costs this much because of that." Then I said, "No, I need just this thing." Anyway I'm annoyed that he was laughing at me over the phone, talking over me, and pointing out that he already said something. To avoid the content being removed again I am posting this with my personal account this time. I experienced very poor customer service from some male who answered the phone on Thursday @ 3:20 pm. He was very rude simply because I had called prior about a different package. Just kept repeating call UPS. Would avoid this location and any of their services at all cost! The package which I was having delivered was at their location per the tracking information and UPS representative. The store would like to claim this is a revenge post, but this is not. Rather this is my account of the experience I had. I was answered by a very rude and short patient staff, I was repeatedly told to call UPS unnecessarily. I was finally told that my package was not there, but according to UPS the package was there however awaiting a change of address. This update delay was on the part of UPS but the poor customer service I received was unnecessary and unappreciated, when I am simply trying to clarify information regarding a valuable package. Proceed with caution if they happen to be your UPS access point. read more
