Amazing service! I had received notice that I needed to get a live scan fingerprinting for my concealed carry permit. Called Steven at Box It Plus, he said he would stay open for me, if I came on over. Had me done in a jiff and before labor day! Amazing service mazing place, I will definitely be coming back for ll my business needs!! read more

I came here for a pre-employment drug screening, and the entire interaction felt uncomfortable from the beginning. Even over the phone, the person running the location came across as oddly defensive whenever I asked basic questions. When I arrived, the atmosphere made me feel as though I was being treated like a criminal simply because I was there for a work-related drug screening. At one point, I casually mentioned that the location was smaller than some of the larger chain testing centers. I didn't mean anything negative by it--it was literally just an observation--but he seemed to take offense and kept bringing it up even after I had already moved on and was trying to focus on the reason I was there. The whole experience just felt unnecessarily tense and almost interrogative, like I was being questioned rather than simply completing a routine employment screening. Just to give an idea of how awkward the interaction was: after I left, I realized I had forgotten my water bottle there. I actually decided it wasn't worth going back to get it because I didn't want to have to deal with the guy again. To his credit, he did the screening correctly and efficiently, so my two-star rating isn't really about the basic operation of the business. It's more about basic people skills and how uncomfortable he made a routine interaction feel. read more

I never leave reviews but Steven was so helpful and a gem of a human. Highly recommend!

Consistently quick and knowledgeable, and I appreciate the quick turn around on appointments. Never had a livescan appointment take longer than 20/30 min here (just make sure your paperwork is done right!) read more

As a contractor way better with a tape measure than my computer and Steven from box it plus made my life easy. Sent me a couple easy instructions with some links. Few clicks later. I'm dialed in and my company is now in LLC only took a few minutes out of my day so I could concentrate on kitchen cabinets. Going in countertops getting templated and the wood floor starting... Box it plus handled everything else. Steven is the man. Thanks Box it plus that was easy !! read more

Sadly, your response is a deflection with no accountability. Still no customer service. The Ink was already in place at the time of my redo and NOT replaced for me - however, if it was replaced at the time of my initial concern it would not have been declined. Additionally, if you would have taken the time to inquire as to how they originally arrived at their destination you would have known. . Mask or not, the words spoken were as if you were speaking to a child - your body language and the way my hands were handled and the time of printing were all abrupt. As for not recharging me -WHY would you?! Did you offer any compensation? My time, extended delay, gas, postage, or guarantee of services? Fingerprint cards done here - I mentioned they were super light and felt they wouldn't be accepted, but he replied "I've been doing this for quite a while" Low and behold my fingerprints got declined! Had to make another trip! No apology, he was abrupt when we redoing my fingerprints and seemed quite annoyed. Now my process is delayed! I'll pay postage again, wait for delivery and then wait for approval. Definitely would NOT recommend this place...ZERO customer service. read more

The most lovely man running the services provided here was not only kind and professional, but he was very organized and Very covid safe! It's located in a suite upstairs so park right on Ventura! I'd go here before even checking anywhere else! read more

Hidden little gem in Woodland Hills located on Ventura Boulevard. I was unable to receive packages that were delivered to my home. Rather than UPS making a second attempt to deliver my packages they left them with this establishment for me to pick up within 7 days with photo id / verification of mailing address. I will admit at first I was disappointed not knowing who was now in possession of my property and their hours of operation were not fitting my current schedule. Well let me tell you I was sure lucky that my packages were taken to this establishment to be held onto until I picked them up. I called to see what arrangements could be made due to the timing conflicts and Richard was more than happy to stay after with his wife whom also works with him in order for me to collect my packages. Bravo and job well done! I would definitely recommend having packages delivered to this establishment if you are not home to collect them, since they will be secure and safe. You sure don't want to come home to find out someone has stolen anything that was delivered and left at your door. read more

Steven (Stephen?) is efficient and friendly. I reached out at 1:45 pm needing a live fingerprint scan, and he was able to fit me in at 2:30 pm. He was knowledgeable about the particulars of this tedious process and went above and beyond to make sure that my prints were high quality so that they would be accepted by the government. Glad to have found this business and will certainly be back should I need any other services. Covid safe. Owner wore a mask and let me know that I would be required to as well when I called to make my appointment. read more

Steve was the quickest person I've ever had to deal with while renting a Uhaul. Van was very new, had no issues, and it had a back up camera which is always nice. The return was even easier. If you're looking for quick and professional service with no nonsense, this is your place! read more

I came to get my fingerprints done for a flight school the other day. Even though I didn't show up on time, Richard still took care of me quickly and professionally. He also followed up with me via email the next day on the submission status. Highly recommend this place to everyone! read more

I went in for my live scan prints today and what a wonderful experience. The gentleman who took care of me was extremely nice and he had all the information I needed to complete the prints with ease. I was a walk in and it did not take but maybe 5-10 minutes. He was great and even offered me free tape for my huge file envelope to mail. (If you've ever been anywhere in L.A. nothing is free) I purchased a roll anyhow just because 1) I needed it and 2) he was so kind. I had a great chat with him and he followed up on the forms with me. Follow up and clarity can make or break a person let alone a business. I give TEN stars! YELP should offer diamonds because this place shines bright! Tank you so much! Brian read more

BOX IT PLUS - Nice setup of flyers. Casual place - Fingerprinting Near Me - Woodland Hills, California

This review is for fingerprint and live scan. Richard is the main guy who runs this place and he is so awesome. I had a bad experience at another live scan place (they entered my info wrong and my application was rejected). I brought all of my documents to Richard and he explained what had happened very patiently and offered to redo my paperwork at Box It Plus. My license was approved in a timely manner thanks to Richard processing my paperwork correctly and in a timely fashion. He genuinely cares about helping you get whatever you need to get done so you can move on with your life. Many thanks! read more

I came in to get my livescan-fingerprints for my license application, and Richard was very funny, entertaining, helpful, and knowledgeable! I called beforehand to see what their prices were, and believe me his store is the cheapest in all the San Fernando Valley! Save yourself the time, gas, and money, and get everything done here! I'd also like to mention when I called he said he was going to be working a little past 5pm (store closing time) that day, and said that I could come in a little after 5pm if needed. I ended up coming in before, but I appreciated the option, and his extension! The process was quick, about 20 mins. We went over my forms really quick to make sure everything was entered correctly, shared a few good laughs, did my fingerprints and I was on my way. All-in-all Richard was very pleasant, honest, and helpful. Good Service, Good Vibes, & Great Prices! read more

I needed to have a Live Scan fingerprinting done ASAP and let me tell you this was the best place to go. I had previously tried to get this job done at two other places before I found this one and they were awful and over priced. Richard at Box It Plus had the greatest customer service and completed the task in no time. He was friendly, knowledgeable about live scan, and pricing was fair and reasonable. If you need finger printing (Live Scan), mailbox rental, notary, passport photos, as well as a variety of other things, Box It Plus is your place to go. Thanks for helping me out Richard read more

Stephen was absolutely fabulous! Made the entire process of fingerprinting extremely easy & great conversation while I waited! He is very knowledgeable & can get anything you need done! Will definitely be back! read more

I called the business to ask if they do ink and roll fingerprinting. When I asked the price, the guy laughed haughtily and said "it depends what it's for." When he told me the prices, I told him the employer said it would cost between this amount and that amount. This guy said "No, it costs this much because of that." Then I said, "No, I need just this thing." Anyway I'm annoyed that he was laughing at me over the phone, talking over me, and pointing out that he already said something. So I just said "Forget it" and hung up. Never will use their services. So unprofessional and rude. read more
