Went here to get my very first bowling ball, and Chuck made it a whole experience! He went above and beyond in teaching me about basic bowling mechanics, the oil distribution on an amateur vs a pro lane, and even some fun bowling history about how the game came to be what it is today. I learned about all the different types of bowling balls, and he helped me pick one out for myself that matches my own style. I got to watch him drill the holes using a unique custom drill press, and add in the finger grips. It was really great getting to be there and witness the whole process of my very first bowling ball come to life. I picked up some shoes, a bag, and bowling solution to match. Went to see Chuck today at theBowling Solutions Pro Shop at Royal Z. The ring finger on my bowling hand is messed up, so I cant use a conventional grip. Chuck hooked me up with a new ball and the perfect grip that allows me to bowl pain free, and still hook the ball. That guys is an absolute pro. Very knowledgeable. Couldnt be happier!!! read more

Both chucks are super friendly with great customer service skills. The manger chuck fitted me for my ball and had a few customers walk in while he was working with me. He politely told them he would be at least 20 minutes. When it's your time you have his full and undivided attention. I've sent him serval people to get balls. If you have any questions he Answers emails promptly. I have nothing bad to say about my experience here. I drive past serval shops and drive over 30minutes just to come here. read more
