Service was good as the workers were friendly and efficient. I purchased a Groupon for a smog check for a 2000 and newer car for approximately $26. The mandatory California State smog certificate fee was $8.25. This fee is the same at every smog shop and is paid to the Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) to fund the smog check program; it is only paid if your vehicle passes. For a total cost of $34 it was a good deal. At the time of writing, this shop is not STAR certified. Be sure to check the BAR website to obtain an official list of STAR certified shops if you are required to visit a STAR Certified smog shop. This shop also repairs cars and has a four post lift and two post lift indoors. There were various items and a motorcycle under the four post lift so it seems that it is not used much. There is also a two post lift outside. There was a vehicle in the shop with a dealer license plate so it seems that this shop may purchase cars at auctions, repair, and sell them.
