just now Ive been using Bowie Butane for a few years, they were 100% better before selling out!!! Now I am being charged a RENTAL FEE for a tank I RECIEVED AS A GIFT!!!! These people do not answer the phones when you need them, want the payments IMMEDIATELY but take their sweet time delivering propane, NO MATTER WHAT THE WEATHER CONDITIONS ARE!!!! I am currently looking for a more DEPENDABLE company that WILL STAND BEHIND THEIR WORD! Im over these people robbing me for service/rental fees on equipment that belongs to ME, NOT THEM!! the old owner told me before dropping it off, it was mine, I could paint it, blow it up, or do what I want to it, its a GIFT, bc they did not have the 500 gallon available that I wanted!!!
