I took my 1 year old toy poodle there for grooming services and was told that 2 hours was needed which turned into 4 hours. When I went to get my dog, I was very unhappy with the uneven cut. I had requested that only a little be taken off the afro and it had all been cut off. When I tried talking with the owner, Brenda, she became upset and stated she was sick and should not have come to work. She stated "Can you just pay me my money" and walked to the back to the bathroom. She left me with a young girl helper to take the payment.
