Seemed like a good price and cell service was ok. Came home, and 2 weeks later received another monthly charge from them. Apparently, was put on a recurring prepaid plan....no problem, I'll just cancel. Oh wait...looked online and found it impossible to contact them thru email or phone. (Need to use codes while having the Free SIM inserted, but I'm already back in the U.S. and am concerned that I'll be hit with additional charges.) Called my credit card to reverse the additional charges, but they said I'll have to do this monthly if they keep billing me. We'll see what happens...

They sent my hip pocket wifi unit as expected on the day I reserved so I had it without stressing…read morebefore my trip. The unit initially wasn't working but a phone call put me in contact with like "my own personal agent" who emailed me an instruction sheet on how to reset it. This was a little complicated but as soon as I figured it out, unit worked perfectly the rest of the trip. The agent followed up like we were conversating in a normal chat via email to see I got it working. The unit is very effective for multiple users to connect devices to and was light for travel. Key thing was to make sure you charged it daily. The return process was super easy as well and they provide everything, mostly. You just have to print the return label at the end.
