Suggest that anyone visiting this shop to buy a SIM card for a pocket router *insist* that staff advise at the outset if the SFR SIM card is likely to be compatible with the customer's router. I waited an hour to be served and we then found that the SFR SIM card did not work on my Alcatel router. Service at this shop was also very poor. Although three staff were on duty I was left to wait 15-20 minutes before staff made even a preliminary check on my needs. Then had to wait another 40 minutes to be attended to. The assigned member of staff meanwhile completed a long transaction with someone who appeared to be a friend, involving much chatting and joking. Overall an extremely annoying experience.
