I went to Louis Vuitton because one of my sunglasses broke down and I needed to see if it was a product defect or my own fault. A courteous man helped me at the beginning but you quickly understood that the guy wasn't sure about the information he was providing. He double checked with his manager and finally accepted the sunglasses to be sent to Paris. The guy did his job but that's not why I'm giving 4 stars.
I am giving this 4 star to one lady working here and different from the other people working there. You'll notice her if she's working, she's joyful, charming and gives great advice! She's one person you want to go to if you need to buy something. The other one are more here to say that everything is pretty as soon as you purchase it. But this lady first helped me with my sunglasses and helped us to replace it with a store credit. She was really nice taking time to make sure we purchase the right article.
Really nice lady, I wished I remembered her name but if she's working, you can't miss her. She's the person moving, she's a character.
