I used to like this store for their plants but tonight I found out that they do not stand behind their products and they have lost my business forever. I had bought a moderately expensive plant there in May. I was told indirect light and water 2 times a week. After a month it began to get crispy. I talked with Evasia and they said water three times a week. A week ago I told them it did not look good and he told me to put it outside and water daily. It immediately turned brown. I stopped in today with the poor plant, and instead of listening to what I had to say, his wife immediately said it was our fault and we get nothing. Her husband stood beside her and mumbled. That was the last time this store will have any business from me or my friends. Even though it was expensive, and I followed their instructions to the "T". I am out my money and have an expensive dead plant. I don't believe this is how a business I shop at should operate. read more
