Besides the normal skis and snowboards, the rental shop has XC skis and snowshoes, but not many of either --- they ran out of size-Medium XC skis, leaving me on larges. The rental staff is mostly competent (although the younger staff don't know their way around the XC gear yet) and mostly friendly (one woman was too swamped to be nice). The retail section has a mix of outdoors clothing, Aspen/Vail-style "resort wear" (aka fuzzy boots), and some Alpine Touring gear. Not an impressive rental shop, but it worked well enough for our uses.

They were kind of well when selling ski pants to us and then when we went to return the pants because they did not fit, they were so rude and commanding . They tried to find every excuse not to take them back. They keep flipping the pants maybe for 100 times and then started smelling the pants and raising their voice to us claiming that we washed the pants and they got super angry at us for not returning them the next day( which was the Christmas Day and the store was closed) Worst people, worst staff. Especially the man( might be the manager) and the old women who was the rudest sales person. Don't go to this store if you do not want to be treated in a very rude way.
