However, all of the vets are fantastic and do speak some English. Dr. Bruggeman has seen most of our pets since we arrived here, including our sheep. He takes time to explain everything to us carefully and thoroughly. We have two pets with conditions that require ongoing treatment and he has given us management plans, which have been helpful. Most test results are sent by email before the conclusion of your appointment. Reminder cards are sent about a month in advance. All of the staff is kind, personal and professional. Another huge plus - they are also the emergency vet and as such, all of our pet's health history is already on file if we need to go after hours.
