I called to cancel my monthly plan since I was unable to even leave my home, and was told I have to come in person in order to cancel. Three months later and I'm still paying for a plan I cannot use and cannot cancel. Told over the phone there is nothing they can do; emails are ignored. ETA: Their response below made me laugh, since this location told me multiple times that I had to come in person. Didn't matter that I was disabled and couldn't get there for months. Hardly a commitment to the customer! But, a silver lining: I heard from their corporate office and magically they realized they could email me the cancellation form.
