Not really a standout place in any way.
So this liquor store has been around a while, and has it's local following. Maybe this was a super awesome place once but it's started to fade around the edges, and it just seems like the staff are doing time and really aren't interested in the business, in any way.
So the good news here is that it's a fairly sizable store, with decent selection and the odds are good that you'll be able to find something drinkable. They have some decent stock it's true, but the shelves are bizarrely organized. Organized by category more or less. For some reason some of the liquors are in with vodka, absinthe is in with the gin, applejack can appear in both the gin and cordials, and slivovitz can be found with the gin. The hundreds of vodka bottles are especially discouraging as they are not alphabetical or by price. i'm sure there's some methodology to the shelving but I've no idea what it could be. I'd say it's better to just ask the clerk where whatever you want is except that they don't know either. Oh and some shelves are for overflow-those are the one that are lacking pricing and also are some of the most visible locations. Speaking of which, this place is the middle of the road on price. Some items are a little bit more, some a little bit less then elsewhere, unless you are really looking for that price break on that one magical item, there is no reason price wise to come in.
Anyway, if you are in the area, and don't feel like driving the Oklahoma standard 15-30 minute drive to get anywhere, sure this place has some stuff for you. But mostly it's more work to find what you want then you are going to want. Total meh. read more
