I ordered the premium version for sapphire skies bouquet for my partner's birthday, because his…read morefavorite color is blue. On the website, it showed blue and white flowers, but the picture looks very different. It's just white flowers only. Also, it looked very sparse and I would've chosen another flower shop if I knew this was going to be over $100 - the price does not match what was delivered. I left a message about this error, and I received a call back the next morning saying that if I really wanted blue, then I probably should have called in advance to make sure there's blue in the flower. I'm giving one star because the manager did not offer any refund and it felt like the fault was on me for not calling in advance. Rather, I think as customers and buyers, in principle, we have NO obligation to triple check just to make sure you get the colors right - the color is in the name of the product, in the picture you advertise, and perhaps anticipated in the price that you get it right. It is the seller's obligation to alert the buyer if this product delivered would be different from the picture. I understand the human error for not putting blue flowers, and if it is indeed a human error as the manager indicated on the call back, then the customer shouldn't bear the price. The manager should offer refund for not meeting expectations.
