This is the most terrible shop in Marbella. We bought an expensive LG American fridge freezer (just…read moreunder 1.400 euros!) from them in Feb 18 & in June 18 the bottle rack in the fridge door broke for no reason - cheap plastic. I took it back to them for a replacement, only to be told that I would have to pay for it myself. When I reminded them that the fridge was under guarantee, they told me that only electrical parts were covered by their guarantee. Ripoff artists - to be avoided at all costs!

I was sold a tv with a cracked screen and went back immediately to change and was refused a…read morereplacement! be warned do not take any appliance away from this store without opening the packaging as they will not change. The box had a small dent and the tv had obviously been damaged in store!- we are 65 years and cannot afford to lose this- it is a hard lesson learnt we will never buy anything from worten marbella or worten anywhere ever again!
