After purchasing a large screen television and a Sony sound bar at Boulanger Avignon it was nearly impossible to get a technician to come out to set them both up. This gave us no confidence in the service we PAID for nor the guarantee of the product. There was no communication between the staff and the technician that they were supposed to schedule to come to our house. One phone call and four trips later a sales manager finally set up an appointment for us. The guy they sent was fabulous and spent 45 minutes going over everything. Had the whole experience been this good all along we'd give Boulanger five stars. The staff was friendly and helpful with the sale of the items. But the follow up service was sorely lacking.
