Downside of the entire thing which warrants four stars is that they did not label the panel like the contract states. I got the run around with it and just ended up doing it myself after nearly a month of waiting. I'd still recommend them though even with that little issue at the end.

We recently hired ASAP Electric to do some electrical work for our house built in the 1890s. The…read morejob consisted of several phases that were pretty involved. It involved moving electric meters from one side of the house to the other, installing two new panels outside, installing an upgraded panel inside, and cleaning up a mess of unnecessary breakout boxes. This job involved three floors and two different units. ASAP Electric was the only business of the many I contacted to provide me with a same-day estimate. Andy showed up early and at the same time every day of the project and always put in a full day's work. He consistently kept the workspace clean and took care when moving throughout the house. Andy took the time to explain everything that was happening and provided alternatives when he would think of a better way to accomplish something. It was awesome to have somebody willing to listen to input and freely answered any questions we had. The rates were very reasonable and competitive. We were able to get on the schedule without much trouble. I would highly recommend ASAP Electric to take care of any electrical needs.

When he continually stopped showing up at our jobsite with delay after delay, he picked up all of his tools and abandoned our job. It was then that we discovered serious code violations which caused us to have to re-do ALL electrical, plumbing, ceramic tile and drywall. Problems that have cost us over $40,000 in addition to the full payment we had given him to complete our home. BEWARE of this scam artist! He should be sent to jail for the harm he did to us.

Review DO. NOT. USE…read more I don't normally leave reviews and typically would just take my loss and move on. Unfortunately I feel compelled to leave this review in the hopes that whoever may read it makes a better decision than I did and decides NOT to use this man for their work. I am honestly not even sure where to start. I recently bought a house and am turning the basement into a home gym. I have little to no experience in electrical work so I reached out to have him put in 4 can lights and add a switch to control them. For our first appointment he showed up over 2 hours late. When he got in he said it shouldn't take long and got to work. A few hours later he told me he was done and when I went down to check, the 4 lights were installed in the ceiling but there was no switch to operate them. I had agreed to pay $788 for the work prior to our first appointment so I expected work that was done properly and would look good. Instead of going to the store and buying a switch and the materials to install one (which is what I had agreed to pay for). He decided to just feed the wire for the lights into an existing switch. Once he left I figured I had way overpaid but at least the work was done. Boy was I wrong. Somehow this idiot tied the power for the lights, all of my living room appliances and the water heater into the same breaker leaving the breaker that was already labeled "basement lights" empty. This meant that anytime we flipped the basement light switch off, all of the other things connected to it shut off as well. I quickly notified him of this and he said he would come fix it. We scheduled an appointment and when the time came he didn't respond for 2.5 hours and then texted me saying he was going to have to reschedule. Very professional this guy is. For the rescheduled appointment you may find it hard to believe but he was only an hour late this time. He went down to look at it and seemed to have no clue what was going on. Finally he said he would be able to put a new breaker in for the water heater but didn't have much of a solution for everything else. Of course he did not have the tools or supplies for this so he was going to have to leave and schedule another time to come back. At this point I felt he was very unqualified to do this work and I reached out to a family friend who is an electrician to come take a look. Upon his inspection the issues only became more glaringly obvious. To start, that "empty" basement lights breaker actually still had a wire connected to it that was openly cut and just hanging in the ceiling. There was another wire coming out of the can lights that was also cut and just hanging there. The connections at each can light were just taped together and there was no junction boxes. The new electrician I brought out saw this as a massive safety issue and agreed to help me redo it. We had to undo all of the wiring that he did in the first place and ran completely new lines for all lights. Once we got to the switch we took the cover off and found that he had completely ripped the switch box off the wall and left it just floating in the drywall hole. Additionally he had a taped wire connection shoved behind the switch box which is a massive safety issue. (Pictures attached). When I reached back out to him to inform him of the issues and try to get a refund for some of the money I had paid him he was at first very defensive and tried to state that his work was fine. After sending some picture evidence and explaining the issues he seemed to come around and had agreed to a refund of an undisclosed amount but needed time to make it happen. I figured that the situation had been sub par but if he gave some refund then I would leave it be and move on. Unfortunately for my bank account and this guys reputation he has seemed to block me and has not returned any calls or texts since. Thus leading me to where I am today writing this review in the hopes that I can spare others from his work. If you need electrical work done it is best to use a professional. Please look elsewhere.

The contractors are all extremely friendly, great communication and detail oriented while getting the job done right. They turned my dark dungeon of a fire room into a bright oasis that I can enjoy all year round. In order to have a more spacious bathroom I needed to completely change the layout of the bathroom. They made my dream come true. I now have a bigger shower which I never knew was possible for the space! I already have plans on having them back to do more work in the future. When I looked into All Builds after hearing by many friends and family how great they were I knew they would be good for the job. 10/10 I would absolutely recommend this company for any remodeling needs!
