It turned out to be one of the best lunch I had in days. I watched him work and he was so efficiently handling multiple task but still fast enough to serve us. Also, I watched him continuously cleaning the work table as well as enjoying his work and preparing the sandwich with style :) Highly recommend this place for a quick bite or filling lunch, good quality food at a very low price.
