    Everyone loves anything from The Container Store! They have consistently offered excellent quality…read moreitems, friendly and helpful team members and a few sales sprinkled in. As luck would have it, I decided to finish out some built-in kitchen cabinets with Elfa sliding baskets, sadly without the Elfa sale happening. Since this built-in sideboard has a 17" depth, I am limited in my choices. I was greeted when I entered and I wanted to just walk around and see what was new since my last visit at another store. Another team member followed up and she was very helpful in selecting the rolling baskets we needed to match what we installed over 10 years ago. I don't know why we didn't do them all at the same time, but it was probably cost prohibitive at the time during our kitchen remodel. We made our way up front to the checkout counter to wait in line, but our sales lady was able to scan and tabulate and finalize our purchase right in our cart! Pretty cool! We didn't need any bags so we were on our way in no time! My receipt was emailed to me and we went home and installed the rolling baskets within the hour! A great feeling of organization and accomplishment!

Three different employees helped us find things and also pointed out a misconception we were having about one of the products we were trying to buy, which was GREATLY appreciated. They have some fantastic options for stocking stuffers or small gifts if you're a big fan of micro-giving like I am (like at the office or just a little basket of thanks or congrats gifts)- anyway I enjoyed my experience at this well organized and well stocked store. Even if it had fewer options, I still got what I needed.

Kacey was very helpful and pleasant. We got a great deal working with her and Store manager Tyler. This was not a planned visit and spent more than I wanted to, but that is on me. If you are looking for a great deal on a mattress or bedroom furniture, go see them in Grapevine.!!! Not a paid person, just a customer, who appreciates great service!!!

After the last no, call no show, someone called me to see how my delivery went. I told her that I had no delivery. No one showed up. I told her I'd like a return. She put me on hold and spoke with someone and came back and said that they will have someone pick up the damaged table and someone will call me to schedule it. She also mentioned that she'd be back to work on that Tuesday. There was no call from them on Monday or Tuesday. I called them to follow up on 11/20 and nothing was in the notes. I was told that someone would call me. No call received. I called back on today - 11/21 and was transferred to a supervisor who said no refunds. There was nothing in the notes about prior conversations. Why do I have to keep repeating myself? Notes should be in their computer system. I followed the 72 hour window process and they did not follow through with delivery of a non-damaged product. What is their policy for multiple rescheduled and no shows? Thanksgiving is next week so I had to go buy a table.
