These guys have done it all for us with both our '11 Tiguan and our '13 GTI - from oil changes to drive chain issues (on both, within 30ish days of each other), you name it - they've fixed it. Going to the dealership has cost us not only a CHUNK of money, but also left us paying for work that wasn't actually done - which is a whole scam in itself. The crew at the VW Garage South are not what you expect, and I am ecstatic to have found them. I could wax poetic on their abilities but when it comes down to it - they charge a reasonable amount for the work that needs to be done, and won't push unnecessary fixes on you. They'll tell you which items are priority and which you can hold off on. After a huge water-pump/radiator issue, I had a surplus of radiator fluid in my Tiguan, they used what I had instead of charging me for their own. It's small things like that which help build trust, and they have mine. Don't mess around with other shops. Get it done right the first time, and only pay what's necessary - you can trust the team here.
