FOOD POISONING During our travels we stopped at Kindersley Boston Pizza & got food poisoning from undercooked shrimp in my dish.The shrimp was pale & just a spec of pink, not at all as we've had before. (if I had known more about shrimp I would have refused the dish but instead I trusted that the cook knew food safety. 20 minutes down the road we were desperately looking for a town & public washroom. 3 stops bathroom stops later finally at our destination & able to rest. Hours later still sick. We should have left right away when we saw how unclean the tables & windows were. I should have read to warnings from Yelp. Needs a visit from health inspector before some one else gets sick like this. read more

Food was not bad. Issue was i ordered online, checked the include utensils option, wrote in the note to include utensils, and asked the guy when i picked up if there was utensils and napkins in the bag... "yep". Get back to my hotel room and there are no utensils and no napkins... i ordered a chicken bowl, and it comes deconstructed, which means it needs to be mixed before eating. Includes rice, quinoa, etc, etc and dressing and guac. How am i supposed to mix it much less eat something like that WITHOUT utensils??? It is a warm dish so had no time to go back to the restaurant after already opening everything in my room... ended up having to use coffee stir sticks which broke, then my fingers, then the bloody dressing lid to scoop it out of the dish. I waited for over half an hour at a table in the bar and the wait staff never came over to ask me if I wanted a drink or menu or anything. Yes it was busy, but that is no excuse to not check in with a patron. This is the second time this had happened at this location. Like last time I just left and went to eat else where. They got terrible kitchen staff - yelling at the waitresses because they didn't follow the waitresses directions on food orders (ex:customized ones like mine - no vegetables on my burger) but the waitress did her best and it was laughable due to I knew it was going to be wrong When I got it. But other than that - great front of house service! read more

Worst Boston Pizza I've ever been too. Took 10 minutes to make a drink order (1 pitcher of Coors). Which we didn't get for 15 minutes. We made our food order at the same time we ordered drinks. We both got our meals after 55 minutes. Our food was then cold, and when we complained to our waitress who was named Kayla she told us "it happens" and proceeded to walk away. McDonalds would have been a better idea from the start. read more

For a FAMILY restaurant our lunch was a joke. It was impossible to get just a baby bowl. A few veggies was all we wanted. Then they charged us 7.50 for a few veggies and a bit of mashed potato. They should be ashamed read more

Come here if you interested in super slow service. The waitress was far from friendly, as was I because I waited for pizza bread and a salad for 45 min. The place had 3 tables. No sorry about the wait or anything. Sucked compared with other Boston pizzas. read more
