I'll start by stating that I realize I ordered through skip rather than directly from the restaurant, that being said I ordered Mac and cheese with no topping or extras and I got buffalo chicken Mac and cheese .... I don't eat chicken therefore the reason I didn't request it.ordered fries and gravy for the Boston brute, received the sandwich and gravy but no fries. Phoned to let them know the order was incorrect and as stated they can't do anything because we ordered through Skip. Told me to contact Skip and get my money back, all I really wanted was the correct food and yes I checked the receipt to be sure I didn't make an error when ordering. Lesson learned... will not be ordering from the Northgate BP again! read more

I always give this location a chance and regret it after. The server took the cutlery we didn't use and put it to the side and right before we were leaving we watched her put it into the "clean" bin.. I made sure the side plates we didn't use had garbage on them after that so they wouldn't re use those as well... I used to be a server at a BP so this place never fails to disappoint. read more

we went here a few months ago and ordered a steak which came out very undercooked. sent it back and had 2 new steaks which were both undercooked as well. they gave us credit for the steak as we didn't end up eating any of it. we came back today for dinner, ordered a mac and cheese. the mac and cheese was basically just cooked noodles with cheese sprinkled on tope and baked. no sauce. when checking out they said they had absolutely no record of the credit, which was the whole reason why we came. not coming back again. horrible food and service. read more

I had an absolutely horrible launch here. I ordered the French Onion Soup. The soup obviously had been frozen, then reheated and maybe even frozen and reheated again as the broth would separate as soon as it landed on to your spoon. Besides that, it had an awful flavor. The bread was too soft as it had obviously been sitting in the broth for a while and the cheese separated into small globules. Yuk - never ordering the French Onion Soup at this location again. read more

Heyyo, Every time I've been to this north side Boston Pizza, I've had great service with a smile and a stomach full of good pasta. I love my pasta, so this is a place I love visiting especially on days like Thursdays when they have deals on pasta. Awesome. The restaurant side is nice and clean and the noise levels aren't crazy so it's good for a family trip. The bar side? I've had waitresses take our tables order off memory, which is impressive and I tipped her accordingly since some waitresses take my order on paper and it's rare but I've had my order botched st other restaurants. read more

Ahh.. BP's. The great Canadian bastion of overpriced food and half assed customer service. A franchise that would knowingly be turned a blind eye upon if forced to compete with our southern neighbours.. I desperately try to avoid this place as much as I can but had the munchies one night while up here for work in this godforesaken town, I mean, cultural epicenter of Canada. Buddy and I get the chicken strips and fries as it seems like the only item on the menu that isn't a blatant f*cking ripoff. And $5.75 bud specials?! Woo hoo! *Gag*.. We get the buffalo strips which were doused in hot sauce..and I mean DOUSED. I had to painstakingly force my way through 2 strips of the 'generous' 5 strip portion, with fries and gravy. We ask for our meal to go, and what does the waitress do? Returns only the remaining strips minus the half order of fries and gravy left over. Uhh, what?... She gets this look of shock/astonishment across her face that is almost too offensive to put into words when asked why she thought it was in her best interests to dump out the rest of our order. You mean, you didn't want the rest of your fries/$2 side order of gravy? Sorry, babe..you might think every other oil rigger in this town has money to piss down the drain, but i'm not one of these good ole' boys.. Wait, it's not over yet.. She returns with a 'fresh' portion of fries, minus the gravy. 'Ahem. 'Looks like you forgot something else'..I sarcastically remind her. She returns with the gravy, rather painstakingly. NO..TIP..FOR.... YOUUUUUUUU!! Honey, you should be thanking your lucky stars you aren't living in the US right now where overqualified MBA's would gladly have your job for a 1/3 of your wage. My patience has run thin with the sense of entitlement found in these sorts of establishments. Quick tip: If it's obvious the service is half assed and the waitress/waiter in question takes offense, continue being a self righteous foodie snob until the cheque has arrived by making uncompromising demands every couple of minutes (think Mr. Pink in the opening scene of Reservoir Dogs) This will throw your server off their high horse immediately and will undoubedtly have them break down in tears in front of the manager at some point ('I can't believe it, they're actually making me work out there!!' bwahahaha). I can only relate our deplorable Canadian service industry to everytime AC/DC puts out a new album: It's predictable, you know what to expect and it just barely gets the job done (some of the time). read more

I stopped at the BPs on my way out of the town from the Grande Prairie airport. My server (Tommie) was pleasant and attentive. I had the seven cheese ravioli baked with cheese on top. It was okay. Unfortunately, the ravioli itself was not cooked enough and was lukewarm, the cheese inside not melted. The garlic toast was also not very warm. I usually have a pretty decent experience at the BP restaurants I go to so here's hoping that this was a freak occurrence at this particular location. read more

This place looked friendly when entering, only to get a guy that sounded like a woman... then got my waitress, she got me drinks and then next table also, then after being there 10 minutes, she goes to the other table takes there order, now this table arrived 5 minutes after me... then places there order and returns to me... Worst Service ever.. then I wanted to leave and pay cash only to have to wait 10 minutes for my server cause the stupid cash desk would not take my cash only the server and she was standing there chatting for another 5 minutes, finally I went out to the car and got my debit..to pay and speed it up... totally ridiculous... Service is always bad. There is nothing worse than feeling like your server couldn't give a rats ass about your table. The bathrooms more than once have been disgusting. I would choose the other Boston Pizza in town before I will go to this one again. read more

I find this location can be hit and miss. Last night I took my boys here after a trip to the mall and it was the best experience I have had at this location yet. The server was awesome, never had to ask her for anything! She was great with my boys, put our appetizer order in right away. Didn't wait for our drinks and our meals were perfect :-) we enjoyed our selves so much we even stayed for desert :-) read more

If you ever want take out, it's not the place to be. They barely deliver anything on the menu. They contradict themselves, saying they can't deliver dairy but can deliver chocolate cake product and they say they can't deliver beef but deliver a pizza burger? Delivery takes way to long as they give you a 90 minute wait time. It would be faster for me to just go there myself instead of ordering delivery. In my opinion, you should be able to deliver EVERYTHING on the menu or what's the point in even having the delivery service. I'm seriously thinking calling the manager out of complaint. read more

Went here for supper with my wife and son (8yrs old). The food was really good and good portion sizes. Prices for pizza seem high but that's BP. The server seemed overwhelmed and didn't know how to enter a gift card in the till. Not the best service but definitely not the worst for grande prairie read more

I called in to order a pizza tonight. I ordered a Lg Hawaiian but only wanted pineapple on half. I got charged more than I would have if I ordered just a Lg Hawaiian!! I was told because when you custom order it costs more. It's not like my ingredients were any different, I have less pineapple but still payed $5.00 more. Our family loves BP pizza but it is more expensive than any other place & this is ridiculous. read more
