I ordered the Sunday paper. I never received any papers. I have been ill so I didn't complain until now. I lose out. They said they would give me 4 papers to make up for not getting any but only if I pay $24.00 a month. There is no way I would catch up being a month behind. $12 for no Sunday papers. I told 2 different customer service people that this was very stressful for me just calling. They didn't care since they continued to try to sell me the paper. I am very surprised at the poor service from the Globe. read more

After years of being a Globe subscriber I am cancelling my subscription!!! I went on Vacation for a total of 4 weeks between end of July and September 2nd. I put in a vacation hold on my papers. Today I called because I knew I had vacation credits...Well NO LONGER!!! The Globe charges you for all your papers weather or not you receive them. NO LONGER do they GIVE YOU CREDIT FOR VACATION HOLDS! You don't get the paper but you pay for them!!!! I wanted to talk to a C/S Supervisor about this but I was told THERE ARE NONE ON THE FLOOR! That is a LIE!!! There are always Supervisors available! I was also told that all other papers are doing the same thing...another LIE! The Herold still give you credit for vacation stoppages! I hope the Globe loses all their subscribers because they are not out to keep us happy but just want their $$$$$$. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THE GLOBE EVER!!!! read more
