I knew the decision to represent me would be a two-way process and that he was evaluating my case just as much as, I was evaluating his representation. I was thrilled when he did agree to take my case 17 months ago until today. Which for now mine has come to a close for a while. I feel like the past few weeks, that I have seen the firm so many times that , they have made me feel like family here lately. Court can be an emotional roller coaster and I have always felt very comfortable contacting him with questions along the way and in showing my emotions; He consistently would put me at ease each time. He cut down branches on one side of his tree, causing the tree to lean towards my friend's house. Every few months, and every storm, it leaned closer. They asked him many times to cut the tree but he refused. Eventually my friend had to get his permission to cut down the tree. She had to use the money she was going to use for her colon cancer treatments for this. She had to wait for her cancer test because she used her savings for this situation which wasn't even her responsibility. She was worried the tree would destroy her home and hurt her family. If he does this to his next door neighbor imagine what he can do for you as a client.
