Sorry to write this review, but can't recommend these people. I left my father's old Bulova watch with them to have the crystal repaired. I don't think it was a particularly expensive watch, but I had recently lost my father and intended to give the watch to my son once it was repaired. It held great sentimental value for me. I was told the watch would have to be sent away to be repaired. I waited an appropriate length of time before calling to see if it was ready and was told it had not been returned yet. After that, my calls were not answered, messages were never returned, and a complaint to the Better Business Bureau was apparently ignored. I have never gotten the watch back and they have made no moves to even acknowledge that they ever had the watch. Unfortunately, the receipt they gave me was somehow lost and I have no way to prove they had the watch, so I think I can go no further. Too bad---they seemed like nice, honest people, but I have nothing to show for my dealings with them, except disappointment. read more
