A measure of quality according to me is as soon as something breaks down, and the customer service you receive then. And when that expensive thing you just bought breaks down, that's the time you know of you'll come back to buy more. I've spent around 60000 sek here during my 10 years as a customer. You see, I bought a pair of M&D headset for 4000kr. They are all about quality and sound, look at this amazing finish said the seller. This was in end June last year. After a couple of weeks I noticed that one side of the speaker was different from the other, it lacked the 45° chambered edge that the other had. So I called them and I came beginning of Aug 2017 and we compared all the other sets in the store. Clearly these expensive quality headset was a "Friday car". No problem said the guy. We'll order a new pair and you can pick them up in a week or two. 3 weeks later I come in and another guy says they haven't arrived yet but will soon. And here starts a journey, where I basically shows up every second week to listen what's going on. It's a problem, we don't get them until later because shortage, they said they will arrive beginning next week, we will sms you when they are here. Aug-Nov passes. One day I come in and it's Sat and a younger woman greets me, shakes my hand and says, I'll take care of this, don't worry. She takes my details again and updates the system as well. Okey I know they will arrive mid next week, I'll give you a call, trust me. And then I knew she's lying to my face, trust me seriously. So week and a half passes, I go back and ask for the young lady and ask her why she didn't call, she promised me. Then she gets upset and rude and just leaves. Manager comes back, already all wound up and starts to yell at me even though my wife and our 6month only girl is here as well. Why are you pissing off my sellers we told you we will call you. Listen I've been here so many times now and waited more than 3 month now, nobody smsed or called me one single time. Why are you being rude he says, I'm not rude I'm just explaining the facts I tell him. 10 mins later we can have a decent conversation. So he asks me if I want to switch colors or maybe pay extra for Wi-Fi versions, I tell him no I only want my headset, same color. And I've had the old headset this whole time which he reminds me. he tells me he will look into it but no hear and a few weeks later I'm back. There's still problem with the producer and their stock. Back home a email M&D and they have them in stock, odd. And the hifi store have received a refill on new headsets, just not mine. Same messages every time and now it's January and I've waited 5 month now. Have to explain again the problem, even though they should have me listed in the system, but the never registered it since we look through the order and there's no order. half the sellers in the store I talked to ducked again. Manager comes again, this time showing me a speaker, look this just arrived from same producer, if you want I'll get you a discount. Umm hello, where's my headset? No real answers again. So I leave AGAIN. Probably been here 15 times now and never got a straight answer. I'm fed up. end I January ask to switch,a younger guy run around come back. Takes another lap and says manager is on holiday for 2 weeks you have to come back. Me, no I want to change this headset now, not tomorrow not in 2 weeks. I have waited for 6month without any black headset showing up. Guy run a few laps the older guy I talked to in the beginning ducks and the young comes back, no you have to wait. Me, no let me talk to assistant manager, there aren't any. 10-15 mins of meaningless chattering and the the co-owner shows up (I know who he is) says nothing, the points on a demo ex and says, here take these then. Me, no I want new since they had problems from the start. Guy disappears chatter chatter, then I say please just give me any set of colors I'm tired and don't want to come here anymore. More chatter and finally co-boss-man comes up and says ok. I trade for the new headset and trust me will never come back here. As long as there's no problem with your things they are amazing, and very knowledgeable. If there's a problem and it takes them less the effort of running down to the basement and pick up a replacement you are also good. The treatment I got
From many of the sellers where they just lied you straight in the face over and over is to me beyond anything you should treat a customer. And when I asked the manager (my wife was with my all times) and asked him why the young girl seller did not call back, he said it was because I was rude. And he also said he places his sellers above a customer any day. Wonder if he then knows that we/customers are paying everybody's salary so maybe treat us with a little respect. I won't be coming back here, in this life.
