At the Bose store of Cologne I had the worst experience you could have with a premium brand boutique.
I have been refused the warranty service with the following motivation:
"You decided to save money buying online, then we don't support you at the store".
They told me to deal with the warranty through the retail (Amazon Europe) even after I specified that Amazon deals with returns only within 30 days. The 1-year long warranty is from Bose and I was (still am) expecting support from Bose.
I was honestly astonished. I was not expecting this treatment from a premium and well-known brand like Bose. I found the responses at the store extremely offending and insulting. I haven't tried to "cheat" and save money, I simply wasn't event in Cologne yet, I had in fact, the headphones delivered to the office as I was just starting my new job near Cologne and didn't even have a place to live yet.
Employees at this store are very rude and not client-friendly at all.
They do not care at all about solving a customer's pain. read more
