Found Jon Bos Financial Advisor as a ELP on Dave Ramsey website about 10 years ago. Visited with him and made a decision to use him as my financial advisor after questioning him about his fees. We agreed on a percentage of the total value of the accounts, which was paid up front. NO FURTHER fees would be charged as he stated. 10 years later, he changed the agreement. Instead of standing by the original agreement, he tried to go to a annual percentage fee,based on value of accounts. In the past 4-5 years I have called him several times. He has NEVER called me except to return my phone call. I received doc u sign emails from him requesting I sign to approve his new charges, which I ignored. This would have been a great time to call all his clients to explain the changes in the original agreement. I received a notice from him that he will no longer be my advisor since I did not approve his new fees. My personal option is, that he is not standing by our original agreement.
