Unfortunately, when the woman came to my door it was clear she had smoked in the car for my delivery. Additionally, the flowers reeked of cigarette smoke. Super disappointing because obviously smelling the flowers is part of the excitement, I had to spray perfume on the flowers to even be able to keep them in my room because they smelled so bad. Gave them a picture of the outside of the build to make it easy to spot. They were very courteous and accommodating. The flowers were not exactly the same as on the website but that was to be expected and is noted on the site based on season and supply but the arrangement still looked good and I was happy with it but more importantly my lady was happy with them and very surprised.
