On our tour of Bornholm we checked this little restaurant right on the shoreline. Nouvelle cuisine…read morestyle, take at least 3 courses. Taste and arrangement is great. The ever smiling, friendly waiter was a bonus. The restaurant is small, and has a great panoramic view over the sea. Call ahead and make reservations, we didn't but were lucky to get the last available table.
