Unfortunately, I got connected with this group by my home warranty company. They rescheduled the…read moreappointment four (4) times without ever calling me to explain, and twice the day they were already supposed to be here after I'd already taken off work for the appointment. The owner was condescending and entirely unsympathetic about the position he caused. Instead of holding his tongue and listening to provide a solid and reliable time he threatened that switching service to a different provider would set a repair back another week. Happy to say he was wrong. My home warranty company arranged a new provider who came out and completed the repair in a day. If you can't provide or deliver the service do not pick up the contract.

Normally I do not take to social media to blast a company but I am with this one. First I want to…read morestart off with the two service technicians who have been out . They were wonderful. The issues lay with Shelly. Shelly is the secretary in the office. When you call for service she tells you she will call you back with an appointment. She never does instead it's early in the morning and you have people at the door. No one calls you they just show up . I have had numerous issues with this and numerous conversations about this with them. I have chewed her out the owner about it non stop. Yesterday I am in the middle of a zoom meeting and all of a sudden my door bell rings . I look out and see their work van . I'm like I have not scheduled anything. Then another ring and another ring then knocking . By this time I'm furious cause I'm in the middle of a meeting and having to end a work meeting to see what's up . Now keep in mind I have a door bell camera. When I get outside I see the man at the van . I said can I help you . He said Executive sent me out to get a pic of your furnace. I said no one called me. He said they should have then proceeds to walk towards the house I turned around and told him make an appointment I'm in the middle of a work meeting and you are banging and ringing my door non stop he proceeds to yell back at me . I walked I'm the house and called Shelly and let her know I have a job and she has one and how would she like it . She then tells me oh I did not know this was your house . How does that matter? They are so unprofessional!!!!!! So this morning I email the Executive and get a email back . They state they never ever asked for them to talk a pic of the furnace. Hmm so they are liars too. Be Leary of this business and Shelly as she is rude and very unprofessional!
