Never saw evidence of this, asked for video & never received (even though request was noted on invoice), and they also noted on invoice when they left that drain was "still slow". Paid the invoice day of by check before they left. Within 2-3 days it was the same if not worse than before. Called them to come back out & fix it properly which they did after a few days, left grease stains on my carpet, never gave me video proof of what they were finding, and tried to charge me again for the same issue they did not fix properly the first time. I did not pay this, so they handed it off to a collection agency & are now issuing me a subpoena to pay & get lawyers involved. NEVER use them again!

I purchased my first house after a so called 'approved' inspection from this company. The…read moreinspector was a retired electrician and amazingly the worst part of the house was the shambolic electrical system. Half of the fuse box was labelled totally incorrectly and has taken me over a year to trace all of the wires myself and relabel everything safely and accurately. Also the foundations and basement had covered up damage that within one year caused one entire side of my house to bulge out. The wall was going to collapse without question. Luckily I was able to repair it with various friends and industry professionals for thousands. There was also hidden damage behind a bunch of concrete. I cannot state enough how poor this evaluation was and a massive mistake I will never make again. Don't use this company EVER!

In just a few days they did an amazing job. They installed barriers to prevent the mold from getting into the rest of the house, then removed all the paneling and carpet, cleaned and disinfected the walls and floors, and then left air cleaners in place over the weekend. When they removed everything on Monday, the basement was clean, neat, and smelled great. They couldn't have done a better job. I hope you never have mold in your home, but if you do, these guys are the ones who can clean it up safely and correctly.
