Nick and his paralegal thoroughly explained the process and answered all of my questions in a timely manner which greatly eased the anxiety I had through this two year process. They also sent me reminders about updates as I do have some memory issues from my disability. Additionally, as our administrative hearing became closer they spent hours of their time working with me on prep. Thusly, I felt prepared when the hearing finally happened. Although I had pretty low chances of winning, due to being under 50 the finding was favorable, and I am unbelievably relieved.
