The thermal pools are well kept, and emptied once every week. Everyone working at the hotel is really nice, the breakfast was great, perhaps a bit boring. Lovely dinner and lunch is served outside and inside. If you have the money, I very much recommend Fonteverde. It does wonders for you body and your health!

It was healthy, fresh and delicious. The serve up mineral water from the hot spring, make your own juices (with a juicer), locally grown fresh fruit and veggies, baked cinnamon and pine nut apples, and a nice selection of cheese and cured meats and smoked salmon--for those looking to have a healthy start. And for those who are not, you will not be disappointed with the pastries and delectable dishes. For dinner, my favorite was the foie gras terrine--simply amazing!! Perhaps in my top 10 favorites ever...
