On the plus side, if you ever talk or meet them, they are nice, pleasant people. The quality is very disappointing and upsetting, and some of you may not care, but I do. In the end, when I contacted them to complain about the bad quality, no one replied. But I was not surprised! How do they stay in business anyway? That is a mystery.......

I contacted Jaime to discuss re-siding our house (with cedar siding). He was helpful every step of the way, from selecting the most aesthetically-pleasing design, to selecting the best materials, to the installation itself, to the sealing of the wood once it was installed. The job was so well done that we then asked Jaime to help us redesign our deck-railing and outdoor-staircase-railing, too.
