This has to be one of the largest Boots I have visited. It is spread across two floors with all the gifts, photo centre and baby bits upstairs and the usual perfume, health products and cosmetics being downstairs. The majority of the staff here have been very helpful when I have been in but there is one exception - the staff on the photo centre. I sent my friend to pay for one item with a coupon off the internet (totally above board!). The staff then proceeded to call him a fraudster and all other names under the sun as they believed the coupen had been photocopied - they did this very loudly and caused him much embarrassment. Boots is located in Arndale cenre in Luton. The store is quite big. It has got 2 floors. On the ground floor there are beauty care, skin care items. Beauty care items involve many big brands such as No.7, Loreal, No.17 and others. So we have got lots of choice to choose from. The baby section is on second floor. It has always got something on offer. Manytimes there are triple advantage card points on baby purchases. Also on there is holiday shop, or christmas stuff and photo processing service on the second floor. This particular shop also has the opticians where we can have eye test and a wide variety of frames and contact lenses to choose from. There is also a pharmacy section on ground floor. They have also got free prescription collection service. Cons The items are quite costly compared to other shops. The baby section is on the second floor so every time we need to carry the buggy through lift. read more
