I ordered some shoes for delivery and they arrived damaged, tried to contact them but no chance, no number to call just an email address, contacted them on 23 April and to date (12th June) I have had no reply, iv chased it 2 times already. Almost 7 weeks being ignored, what a disgrace of a company please beware this once decent well loved company are now a bunch of scamming cowboys

Of all the department stores in Milton Keynes, for me this one is the worst!…read more I really hate it. It's not the products, it's the attitude here, and the lack of consideration for anyone who is not walking along without any encumbrances. This store is laid out so badly in places that it's inaccessible to anyone in a wheelchair, or with a pushchair, and in some places it's so bad that if you even have a bag that you're carrying you'll have difficulties accessing things. The section by the main entrance isn't too bad, it's where all the concession stands are, and they're fairly easy to access and there's space around each one which is fine. It's when you go deeper into the store that the problem starts. The display units are shoved so closely together that it becomes impossible to get between half of them, and the staff here don't seem to care and aren't interested in helping either.

She had previously been to the Apple Shop in Kingston and had not had a considered or helpful experience. After today i cannot speak highly enough of Apple Milton Keynes and in particular Alex, who served my sister with courtesy, care and moved on the repair of her MacBook so swiftly and fully, that my sister was in tears. She had felt so let down, and she now felt like she had been heard and understood. the broken machine had caused her a lot of stress, as had being told she was responsible for problems when she wasn't (she did take responsibility for the one thing she had caused). i really want to thank and acknowledge Alex and the store for their assistance today. i assume from this that that there is a culture of great service to customers at this store.

This is my favorite kind of store…read more They allow you to "try before you buy". Apple team is always very friendly and ready to help. Maybe I would give them 5 stars if not the experience after purchasing iPhone 4. After few visits in store and throughout the investigation they finally replaced my phone. If you can not make or take calls (freely) through your new Iphone who should find the reasons? It sounded a little bit funny when they asked me to take notes when the phone disconnects my calls - especially since I use this phone for business calls. So final rating is service - 3 shop - 5 .

Beyond awful. If there were negative stars I'd use them. Absolutely terrible service…read more The first time I rented an office from Regus they allowed me to be robbed and defrauded by propping open all the security doors (the thieves came in to ask for me with a copy of my newly printed business card that were stored in my office desk). Their cctv is actually just a few low resolution still photographs per minute, nothing that could get faces or number plates for the police. Foolishly, I went back to rent an office there several years later, when all the staff had changed and they made lots of reassuring noises about organisational change. More fool me. This time they rented me a room that was missing a floor to ceiling glass panel, didn't have a lock, and was being used to store all their marketing materials on the basis it would be fixed within a fortnight and I'd then get a rent free "moving in month". 12 weeks later they had done none of the repairs but claimed I owed over £4k in rent. Then they fixed the lock, but reduced the volume of the room and took out part of the ceiling. You could hear every word of what was said in the lobby or staff kitchen in my office and vice versa. So we couldn't use it. I carried their marketing stuff out after 14 weeks of waiting. In week 16, after 20 complaints that were never addressed, and with my business having to close MK operations, I left. They still claim I am bound in contract and owe over £5k in rent (that includes months I have in writing would be free, wifi charges I have in writing would be free, late fees that I have in writing were wrongly applied, etc etc). Just look at their twitter feed or google "Regus review" and you'll see I'm far from alone. My advice? Avoid them at all costs.
