I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Boots Pinner Pharmacy. As a regular customer who relies on this pharmacy for critical medication, I was shocked by the poor handling of a recent emergency situation. Despite the urgency of the matter, the pharmacy refused to issue essential medication, which is vital for survival, putting my family in a very precarious position.
What's even more concerning is the lack of follow-up. After the incident, I waited for a promised call from the branch manager, which never happened. When I reached out to the customer care team, I was informed that the manager had downgraded my serious complaint to an inquiry, citing previous complaints I had made. This was not only disappointing but highly unprofessional.
It is alarming that a pharmacy, whose role is to ensure the well-being of its customers, would show such disregard for a critical issue. Refusing to address an emergency situation due to personal bias is completely unacceptable.
I hope Boots takes this matter seriously and investigates both the refusal to provide medication and the manager's actions. This kind of behavior undermines trust and puts customers' health at risk.
I will be reconsidering my relationship with Boots if this issue is not addressed properly. read more
