Going there around 11am today, I drove around per their signs, waited for someone to come to the lane offering Full Service, not self service drive through. No one came to take my money. No designated parking spaces unless I wanted to pack by the self service vacuums. I went inside, finally a young man asked if he could help me. I told him I wanted the Full Service wash (I'm in my 70's and handicapped). He told me there were only two employees there, including himself. So no Full Service wash. I ask When the best time to get it done would be And he gave me the Same Hours as I was there at the time. I'm unsure How they can have good reviews, except it must be only from those SELF SERVICE customers. DO NOT ADVERTISE A SERVICE UNLESS YOU CAN ACTUALLY PERFORM THAT SERVICE.
