I contacted CarPros of Atlanta and I was able to get on their schedule pretty quickly! On the day of the wash, they showed up at my house at the time they said they would be there and proceeded to spend several hours detailing my car. They were able to get all the bugs, that I thought were going to be a permanent part of my car's paint, cleaned off. They also spent extra time getting the insane amount of dog hair out of the carpets. It was worth every penny! I was extremely satisfied and would gladly refer friends and family.

From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The team was professional and accommodating--they came right to my house, which saved me so much time and hassle. They carefully assessed the damage and explained exactly what they would do to fix it. The work was meticulous and precise. The scratch is now completely gone, and the repair blends seamlessly with the rest of the paint job. You'd never know it was damaged. What impressed me most was their attention to detail and genuine care about getting the job done right. They took pride in their work and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. If you have paint damage on your vehicle, I highly recommend calling them. They're reliable, skilled, and provide the kind of customer service that's becoming increasingly rare. Definitely worth it!

They washed and wiped down the interior of my ginormous SUV (Lincoln Navigator) for a price so low I thought it was a mistake. I did the "truck super wash," not detail service, so I did go back and wipe out the inside pockets of three doors that weren't done and tossed the removable cup holders into the dishwasher, but I am so happy to have the exterior sparkle and 90% of the ick removed from the mom-mobile. The neighbor even commented that he had no idea what good shape my old truck was in (which is embarrassing considering we moved in in October). The best part: We always drop it off and walk across the street to McDonald's so that we can have lunch and the kid can play, and they give me a call when it's ready.

Going there around 11am today, I drove around per their signs, waited for someone to come to the lane offering Full Service, not self service drive through. No one came to take my money. Sitting there, I called their telephone, no answer, I got their voicemail. I had to back out of the lane, turn around to go to the front of their building entrance. No designated parking spaces unless I wanted to pack by the self service vacuums. I went inside, finally a young man asked if he could help me. I told him I wanted the Full Service wash (I'm in my 70's and handicapped). He told me there were only two employees there, including himself. So no Full Service wash. I ask When the best time to get it done would be And he gave me the Same Hours as I was there at the time. I'm unsure How they can have good reviews, except it must be only from those SELF SERVICE customers. DO NOT ADVERTISE A SERVICE UNLESS YOU CAN ACTUALLY PERFORM THAT SERVICE.
